Customers can cancel the order till 24 hrs after placing the order
For the cancellation, the customer needs to inform us during the stipulated time period through our email id: Shailesh@tofoh.co.in or Whatsapp +91 9816310873, 8527129009 with their order number.
No cancellation of an order will be entertained after 24hrs at any case.
After successful cancellations, the refund will be processed within 48 hrs from our side through our payment gateway and credited back into your original mode of payment within 10 days.
Additional 3% cancellation charges will be deducted of the total amount in case of refunds
