Ingredients:-
Organic Bhatt
2-3 spoon oil
1-2 chopped Tomato
4-5 chopped garlic
Few chopped ginger
Mineral Water 4-5 Cup
Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
Chili powder
1 Chopped Onion
Procedure:-
Wash organic fresh Bhatt Pulses in water and let it fully dry.
After that take a pan and pour 2-3 tablespoons oil and add some chopped tomato,
onion, ginger, and garlic fry for five minutes in low flames.Add wheat or gram floor into it and roast it for few minutes.
After that add fully dried Bhatt pulses in pan and roast until roasted
smell comes from it.When roasted smell comes from it then add mineral water slowly and
continuously stir it with stirring spoon.Add salt turmeric powder (Haldi) and red chili powder.
Let it cooked for 20 minutes in low flame.
Finally, Serve it with green coriander and enjoy it with chapatti or rice.
